What do I get for my money?
The "Residences du Pigeonnier" is a newly developed regular residential area - not a vacation resort - on the edge of the picturesque little village of Clapiers with approx. 4,800 inhabitants. This is a brandnew development with 85 lots, the majority of which has been built on.
The house has approx 128 m2 (1400 sqft) of living space for 6 to 7 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pool of 8 by 4 meters in size.
The house is completely furnished (details, see inventory list) and offers everything you need for a great vacation. Please note that pets are not allowed in the house.
